The viewer sees Italian Air Force bombing raids on British Somalia, the naval blockade of the British Isles by German Navy U-boats, the German Labor Corps working in the conquered Wartheland, coastal air defenses, aerial dogfights over the English Channel, Berlin bombed by the RAF, London bombed during the epic Battle of Britain, Mussolini rebuilding Rome, autobahn construction in Nazi Austria, and Japanese bombers attacking the Burma Road.

Reich Marshal Hermann Goring reviews the famed Richthofen and Horst Wessel Fighter Wings, Japan occupies formerly French Indochina (today's Vietnam), Dutch fascists parade in Amsterdam, and ethnic Germans leave Bessarabia for the Reich.

In addition, depicted is Hitler attending the signing of the Vienna Accords, the Luftwaffe raiding Coventry, the exploits of U-boat "tonnage king" Lt. Kretschmer, and night raids on English targets. There is also Navy Adm. Erich Raeder launching the new battleship Bismarck, an exciting surface battle with an armed British steamer, and the torpedoing of a freighter, plus King Michael of Romania reviewing a parade of German troops at Bucharest, and wounded soldiers making Christmas toys for children.
