Communism DVD

Hard-hitting documentary produced by the US Defense Department that warns the American people about the dangers of communism. Using actual footage of the post-war Soviet Union it's easy to see how the "Red Scare" of the 1950's became so insidious in the United States. Soviet tanks rumble on parade through Moscow, where downtrodden, suppressed people look on. In a dramatic voice-over, the narrator decries "the strange manner of reasoning" that birthed communism, where ignorance dwells". The film ends with a warning to be vigilant, there are communists on American soil.
