Steel Town DVD
Product Description
When the steel industry was booming in the mid-1940's, so were towns like Youngstown, Ohio. The narrator takes us on a tour of his hometown pride: the steel mills, churning out materials for the war machine, office buildings and bridges. It's a somewhat grim and gritty look at an industry that would later struggle to survive -- and also a poignant look at the hometown workers and their families who were the heart and soul of the industry and Youngstown itself.
